Refund policy

Every Only jar is mixed in small batches by hand. We make what we need, when we need it. That keeps the formula fresh and the operation lean — and it shapes how returns work here.

The short version: damaged or wrong items are on us. Unopened jars can come back within 30 days. Once a jar has been opened, we can't take it back, because there's no resale path for a personal-care product after the seal is broken.

What we can accept

  • Unopened jars in original condition, with the seal intact.
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.

What we can't accept

  • Opened jars or jars with a broken seal. This is a personal-care product — once opened, we can't restock or resell it.
  • Returns after the 30-day window.

How to start a return

Email hello@onlygoodsco.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions. You cover the return shipping; we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the jar.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, that's on us. Email us within seven days with a photo and we'll replace the item or refund you, your choice. No need to send anything back.
